FHTglobal has been collaborating with international groups and attendees at prominent events for over two decades. Alongside Maritz, we are honored to serve as the official international hotel and travel services agency for BIO International Convention 2026. Our service offers a customizable "a la carte package" system, empowering groups to tailor their travel packages to their specific needs. Hotel Rooms

Official housing blocks with negotiated rates are available for international attendees. Packages include all hotel taxes and occupancy fees, offering convenience, guaranteed availability, and competitive pricing for participants seeking a seamless and reliable accommodation experience during the annual show.

Breakfast

We’ve negotiated dedicated breakfast voucher rates across selected properties for groups that require this service, fully tailored to your program needs. These vouchers typically include a full American breakfast, with possible variations depending on each hotel’s offering. They provide convenience, cost control, and a smooth experience for participants.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

We provide customizable airport and in-town transfers for groups and individuals, along with porterage at hotels. Complimentary transportation to and from official hotels and the convention center is available for guests booking through the official housing block.
